1 Purpose of the Policy

The account deletion policy for the Medic Scanner application is intended to define the policies and procedures related to the deletion of a user's account in the application. Users are encouraged to read it carefully before deciding to delete their account.

2 Terms of Use

In order to use our Medic Scanner application and at the same time have the option to delete your account, you must agree to the Terms of Use. By deleting your account, you accept these terms and conditions.

3 Account Deletion Procedure

Users can delete their account at any time. To initiate the process of deleting your Medic Scanner account, please contact us at. pomoc@medicscanner.pl. In the body of the message with the subject "Deletion of account", you must include the necessary information to identify your account. It is necessary to provide the following data:
- User name.
- Email address.
- Application Service Code.

Please note that the absence of any of these items may prevent us from carrying out the process of deleting your account.

Once we have received your request and completed verification of your account, we will proceed to initiate the deletion process. We will notify you by email.

The application's service code can be found at the end of the page in the "About Us" section accessible after opening the Medic Scanner application.

4 Consequences of Account Deletion

Deletion of an account in Medic Scanner means permanent loss of access to all functions and data associated with the account. It will not be possible to recover data or restore the account.

5 Transition Period

Once your account is deleted, all your personal information will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

6. re-registration

Users who have deleted their accounts can re-establish an account in Medic Scanner at any time. However, it will not be possible to recover data from the previous account after deletion.

7 Contact and Support

Users who wish to delete their Medic Scanner account or need support in connection with deleting their account and those who have questions about how we protect your data are advised to contact our customer service team at pomoc@medicscanner.pl.

8 Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to change this Account Removal Policy at any time. Policy updates will be posted on our website and on the Medic Scanner app.
